Scope of Works

Supply & Installation of fire stopping & penetration sealing.

We installed the following fire protection Hilti CP670 coated panel system, Hilti CP636 structural fire rated mortars, and Hilti CP606 Intumescent joint seals, Nullifire SC801 120-minute intumescent coating. We also installed Soudal Multibond construction joint seals and skirtings, as well as Soudal paintable sealant to shadow lines. We also installed Saint-Gobain Isover Acoustic Insulation to Ballroom walls for acoustics.

One on Whiteley is a spectacular 10-storey residential complex with 234 decadent apartments, and 350-bedroom Marriot Hotel in Melrose Arch.

OFP were asked to provide several services to One on Whiteley.

OFP has provided fire stopping to the 234 apartments and 350-bedroom hotel room, and common areas installing CP670 coated panels and CP636 mortars, as well as providing fire protection to the structural steels using Nullifire SC801.

During the 62 weeks on site, OFP employed over 40 operatives to ensure that the critical fire and acoustic specification demanded of such a high end design was achieved within the construction programme, allowing the building to be handed over and fitted out, ready for its grand opening in February 2020.
