Tekrok S 60/120-minute Vermiculite plaster to structural steel.

This refurbishment of an existing 19,000m² regional community shopping centre in Rietfontein was undertaken for Public Investment Corporation Properties (PIC Properties). The client brief highlighted a need to revitalise the centre, with additional amenities for entertainment, youth attraction outlets and cinemas; additional parking; and revised brand positioning and centre signage in order to cater for a wider LSM.

OFP has provided over 2000 sqm fire protection to the structural steels using Mandoval, Tekrok S vermiculite plaster.
